Starting the trial
A new device must connect to the ResonaEQ licensing service to begin or restore its 14-day trial. The server preserves the original start and expiry dates, so reinstalling the application does not create another trial.
- Internet is required the first time the device claims its trial.
- Deleting local application data does not reset the server trial.
- Reinstalling restores the same original trial timeline.
- A fresh offline installation remains on the Free tier until it can contact the server.

Offline trial behavior
After the trial has been verified online, ResonaEQ+ can use its protected local cache while temporarily offline. The original expiry still applies. If the verified cache is removed while offline, the application falls back to Free instead of generating a new trial.

Activate ResonaEQ+
- 1Open Settings and expand License Overview.
- 2Enter the license key associated with your purchase.
- 3Select Activate and wait for provider validation.
- 4Confirm the status changes to ResonaEQ+ and Plus features become available.

Deactivate or move a license
Deactivate the current installation before moving the license to another computer whenever possible. Deactivation removes the active device instance but does not restart an expired or previously claimed trial.
