01

No sound

  1. 1Confirm the Resona audio engine is running.
  2. 2Set Resona Speakers as the Windows default output.
  3. 3Confirm the intended physical output is selected inside ResonaEQ+.
  4. 4Set System Input and Physical Output gains to 1.00 and disable Monitor Dim.
  5. 5Temporarily bypass EQ, correction, and other processing.
  6. 6Refresh audio devices and restart the source application.
02

Resona endpoints are missing

  • Open Settings and run Driver Health.
  • Use Repair Driver and approve the Windows administrator prompt.
  • Restart Windows after repair if the endpoints do not immediately appear.
  • Verify that security software did not quarantine driver resources.
03

Volume mismatch or sudden loudness

Windows stores separate levels for Resona Speakers and each physical endpoint. Check endpoint volume, EQ preamp, output trim, routing gains, Monitor Dim, and the hardware volume control before raising any stage.

04

Crackles, glitches, or time stretching

  • Confirm the selected devices support a stable 48 kHz workflow.
  • Close applications using exclusive mode while testing.
  • Disable optional voice processing and test Raw Virtual Mic Bypass.
  • Avoid combining duplicate monitoring paths.
  • Export a diagnostics bundle after reproducing the issue.
05

Export diagnostics

Use the diagnostics exporter in Settings or the Help Center. The bundle includes device, driver, engine, routing, and license summaries while excluding the full license key, microphone recordings, and unrelated personal files.
